Welcome Home

A church family rooted in the Word of God.

We are a traditional, independent Baptist church serving Plymouth and the surrounding communities. We hold to the King James Bible as the preserved word of the living God, and we gather to worship Him, to grow in faith, and to carry the Gospel to our neighbors.

You'll find godly traditional hymns, plain Bible preaching, and a warm congregation that would love to meet you. Come as you are — we've saved you a seat.

Statement of Faith

What we believe

Our beliefs are anchored in Scripture and in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Gospel of Our Salvation

Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. We are saved by grace through faith — the gift of God, not of works, that no one should boast.

1 Cor. 15:1–8 · Eph. 2:8–9

The Word of God

We believe the King James Bible is the preserved word of the living God, given by inspiration and profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness.

2 Tim. 3:16–17

Church Governance

We are traditional independent Baptists with no formal affiliation outside the local church, in glad association with other churches that preach the true Gospel and hold to the authority of God's words.

Our ministries

From the streets of downtown Plymouth to the nursery down the hall, there is a place to serve and to be served.

01

Community Outreach

As ministers of the Great Commission, we take the Gospel to the streets — walking downtown Plymouth to engage passersby and knocking on doors throughout the surrounding neighborhoods.

"...Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest."John 4:35b
02

Choir & Special Music

We strive to please the Lord and encourage one another through godly traditional hymns and special music offered in worship.

"Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord."Ephesians 5:19
03

Children's Sunday School

Classes for children and young people, grades K–12, at 10:00 a.m. Sunday mornings. Teachers expound the Word in context, building understanding and a personal walk with God.

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."Proverbs 22:6
04

Nursery

A loving, attended nursery is available for children three and under during all regular service times.

"But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."Matthew 19:14
